App for Shopware 6.7
Supplier files in. Correct products out.
Sortimentor imports your suppliers' price lists the way they arrive – Excel, CSV or PDF – straight into Shopware 6. No rebuilding them into Shopware's CSV format first.

01 The problem
Every supplier sends a different file
Shopware's built-in import expects one fixed CSV layout. Your suppliers don't stick to it. Sortimentor reads the file as it is.
| In the file | What Sortimentor does |
|---|---|
| "Item no.", "Order no.", "Article" – every supplier names the columns differently | The AI maps each column to a Shopware field. You check it and change it if needed. |
| Title rows, empty rows, a second header row | The real header row is found and title rows are skipped. |
| Decimal commas and mixed number formats | Numbers are recognised and checked before they reach the shop. |
| Size and colour are part of the product name | Variants are detected and created as a parent product with options. |
| Swapped columns, wrong EANs, wrong tax rates | The content check flags them in the preview. |
02 Workflow
How it works
- 1
Drop the file
Excel (.xlsx), CSV/TXT with any delimiter and encoding, or a PDF price list with a table.
- 2
Check the mapping
The AI proposes which column is the item number, EAN, cost price, RRP, stock or a variant. You can change any column.
- 3
See the preview
Every new and changed product with old and new values. Nothing is written before you click Apply.
- 4
Apply – or roll back
One click writes to the shop. Every import can be rolled back for 30 days.
03 Data sheet
Features
- Variants
- Creates the parent product, properties and configurator. Detects variants from
- a parent-number column,
- size and colour columns,
- sizes and colours in the product name,
- parent and variant rows in the same file.
- Price rules
- Only a cost price in the list? Selling price = cost × factor, rounded up to .90, .95 or .99, with a minimum price. Saved per supplier. Try it
- Content check
- Checks EAN check digits, tax rates and number formats, and catches swapped columns before anything reaches the shop.
- Preview
- Every new and changed product with old and new values, before anything is written.
- Safety check
- Warns when many prices jump at once – the typical sign of a wrong decimal separator.
- Rollback
- For 30 days. New products are removed and changed values restored. Anything you edited by hand since then is kept.
- Saved suppliers
- The next file from the same supplier is mapped automatically and, by default, only updates prices and stock.
- Existing products
- Finds existing products by item number or EAN – even when the supplier uses different numbers than your shop.
- File formats
- Excel (.xlsx), CSV and TXT, PDF with a table. Scanned PDFs and catalogue PDFs without a table don't work.
04 Price rule
From cost price to selling price
This is how the price rule calculates: cost price × factor, plus VAT, rounded up to the chosen ending – and never below the minimum price. In the app you save the rule once per supplier.

A product counts when it is created or updated. Billed through your Shopware invoice, cancel monthly. Prices excl. VAT.

07 Questions
FAQ
Do I need a particular file format?
No. Sortimentor reads Excel, CSV and text PDFs with tables. Scanned PDFs and catalogue-style PDFs without a table don't work – ask the supplier for an Excel file instead.
What happens to products already in my shop?
They are found by item number or EAN and updated. You decide which fields may change, for example only price and stock.
Can I undo an import?
Yes, for 30 days. New products are removed and changed values restored. Anything you edited by hand since then is kept.
My file doesn't work. What now?
Send it to us from the app ("Send file to support") or by email to [email protected]. We'll look at it.
The next supplier file is already on its way.
